They’re building the next generation of AI capabilities and are looking for an AI Research Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on, research-driven role where your work will directly improve AI performance, reliability, and safety.


This is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with AI models, building scalable data pipelines, and making research practical for real-world applications.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading AI research projects from experiment design → evaluation → deployment handoff
  • Building and managing large-scale data pipelines for training and evaluation
  • Running experiments on distributed compute environments (multi-GPU/TPU clusters)
  • Evaluating AI models using quantitative metrics and human-in-the-loop testing
  • Collaborating with engineers to integrate research outputs into production systems
  • Staying ahead of the latest research in AI model optimization and data workflows


💡 What You’ll Bring (Must-Have)

  • Strong deep learning / AI background, especially with large models (LLMs or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with distributed training or large-scale experiments
  • Strong data skills: dataset curation, augmentation, and evaluation pipelines
