The role:
- Be the face of the company offering the warmest of welcomes to visitors and colleagues
- Support all aspects of administration, secretarial and office management tasks
- Delivery of end of month financial information and expenses reconciliation.
- Help promote and maintain a professional office environment
- Work closely with the immediate team, colleagues and external stakeholders and play your crucial part in the wider company efforts.
- Act as a point of contact for all office-related queries or concerns.
- Receive and manage deliveries, including team lunches.
- Order and manage office stationery and kitchen supplies
The requirements:
- Some administration experience in a professional office environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to think on your feet, multitask and work with accuracy and pace.
- A self-starter with natural curiosity to learn and who can work independently.
- Naturally people-centric and communicative with obvious emotional intelligence when working at all levels and clients.
- A positive, flexible, can-do attitude with curiosity and the desire to learn and grow
This is a full-time opportunity, however it could be part-time if preferred, to a minimum of 23 hours per week. It a flexible hybrid role, which must include working Mondays and Fridays, with Monday and another day physically in the office, other time can be WFH. The role will almost certainly grow, so you might get the option to extend these hours in the future.

The salary is around £26,000 full-time, then pro-rated to reflect the hours that you choose to work. There is a small potential bonus and an excellent pension. The office location is Oxford with good public transport links from the city centre.
