After successfully raising anoversubscribed Series A investment round, our commercial team isnow growing. We are seeking a talented Account Executive who iseager to contribute to building a sustainable future. Your team and your role We’re looking for someone that canidentify and develop new business opportunities, building andmaintaining relationships with key clients and growing thecompany’s customer base. Developing and implementing Qflow’sbusiness development strategies, you will help to drive revenuegrowth and market share. You’ll be working in our Commercial team,collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teamsand reporting to the Commercial Director. Your responsibilitieswill include but will not be limited to: Build a pipeline of bothself-generated leads and MQLs - Execute a multi-channel approach topotential customer outreach. - Conduct market research and analysisto identify trends and opportunities for growth, utilising adata-driven approach. - Act as company presenter at major industryevents and conferences to build customer relationship and generatepipeline. Close that pipeline to generate Monthly Recurring Revenueand hit your targets - Qualify pipeline, using your timeefficiently on high probability high value deals. - Manage yoursales pipeline, tracking each prospect and ensuring your pipelineis updated to allow for accurate forecasting. - Build and maintainstrong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary pointof contact for all business development activities. Cross teamcollaboration - Work with marketing and customer success to createand distribute valuable content that will help to accelerate salesand increase customer retention and value. - Collaborate withinternal teams to ensure Qflow’s product offering meets customerneeds & expectations. - Willingness to travel for customermeetings as required. Your skills - Experience in working in B2Bsoftware sales in an industry with complex, multi-stakeholderrelationships with long (6 month) sales cycles. - Strong analyticaland strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify andcapitalise on opportunities for growth – critical for identifyinggreat leads. - Strong discovery / consulting skills – earlypipeline qualification focus is on understanding the customers painand exploring if/how Qflow can address it. - Strong negotiation andpersuasion skills – closing contracts often requires the ability tonavigate multi-stakeholder relationships. - Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintainrelationships with key clients and stakeholders will accelerateyour sales velocity and win rate. Bonus skills & experience -Experience in utilising formal sales methodologies, includingMEDDIC, BANT, Challenger or Miller-Heiman. - Proficient in workingwith CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). - Experience in businessdevelopment or sales within a SaaS organisation, with a focusconstruction, engineering, sustainability or a related field.
