We are working exclusively with your client to find anSMB Account Executive. About: Our client is a marketing leadingpeople-data science company specialising in helping small-to-mediumbusinesses understand fair compensation for current and newemployees. The technology works by connecting to their existingHRIS and cross referencing salary details across millions of jobpostings, industries, job roles and countries. Full understandingof fair compensation helps to attract the best talent, reduce staffturnover and forecast spend when hiring internationally. With someinitial signs of success through a product-led-growth motion, it isnow time to scale the team with an Account Executive to work withthe CEO (Founder) and COO on new client acquisition. KeyHighlights: - Strong value proposition with clear ROI - attracttalent, reduce staff turnover and forecast spend for £1.5k peryear. - Extremely cost effective, SMEs are typically overlooked inthe compensation analysis space and competitors are priced between£40k - £120k annually. - Strong founding team who have previouslyled a multi-million turnover business in the people-analytics spaceand now refocusing on this new venture. - Early success from afreemium version on the platform - already have 120 companies onthe system. You will get the chance to convert these to payingcustomers whilst hunting new business. - The first dedicated salesperson on the ground to build the sales function alongside the SLT- you will drive the success of the function and earn promotionsalong the way. - Strong backing from notable investors based in theNordics who the CEO has a long-standing relationship with. - Veryrealistic targets to help you achieve your OTE which will come fromyour sales contribution and the company hitting their milestones.There is also a discretionary bonus on top! - £50k-£55k base x 2OTE. - Great benefits including 4 days working from home, enhancedparental leave, 4 weeks work from anywhere… The Role: - Outboundprospecting into SMEs who are interested in internal salary reviewto ensure their competitiveness - this will involve using LinkedInSales Navigator, data enrichment and cadencing tools. - Running thefull 360 sales process, including demos and contract negotiationsto convey the benefits of using the solution in a consultativemanner. You will be supported throughout this process. -Consistently hitting and achieving targets set by the seniormanagement team. Your goal is to acquire as many customers asquickly as possible. - Close working with the wider commercial andsenior team to contribute insights that will eventually lead to thecreation of a robust GTM function. - Keeping records in the CRM upto date and accurate - reporting is important to the client so theycan get the insight required to further develop the sales function.This will also help with accurate forecasting and developing anunderstanding of where new resources should be deployed.Requirements: - At least 2 years as a strong SDR where you havetaken an outbound approach to filling the pipeline with qualifiedopportunities. - At least 18 months of full-cycle closingexperience - bonus if you have sold HR-tech. Very important tostick to your qualification framework to avoid wasting time. - Astructured and value-based approach to sales - bonus if you havebeen training in SPIN, MEDDICC, Challenger or similar. - Extremelyadaptable, the client are in the early stages of building theresales function and will be trying different methods to find thebest route to success. - Self-starter and proven track record in anearly stage start-up. You will need to lead deals from the frontand bring in the relevant internal teams where necessary. - Goodwritten and verbal communication is essential, you will be liaisingwith top executives. - Excited by a fast-paced, dynamic environmentthat will have a knock-on effect benefitting 000’s of people!Benefits: - £50k-£55k base x 2 OTE - 1 day per week in a Londonoffice. - 25 days PTO + bank holidays + 3 days Xmas leave. - 4 daysper year volunteering leave. - Enhanced parental leave. - Tech tomake sure you are set up for success. - Quickprogression.
