We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our team, focusing on performance marketing to help their clients achieve exceptional results.

The Role:

As an Account Director specialising in media performance, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success through strategic media planning and execution. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading a talented team, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective media campaigns that meet our clients’ objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for media performance-related activities.
  • Strategy Development:Lead the development of strategic media plans, leveraging data insights to drive optimal media performance across digital and traditional channels.
  • Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of media specialists, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
  • Campaign Oversight:Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Performance Analysis:Utilise advanced analytics to assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Client Growth:Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to new business development efforts.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, data science, and digital, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Account Director or similar role within a media agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and performance optimisation across various channels.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
