Job Description

Reporting to our VP, Client Management, you will lead this important client maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, client retention, and growth with the help of a team of project managers, content managers, editors, and designers, and the Creative Lead in-market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship & Commercials 
    • You will lead one or more client accounts, anticipating our client's needs, and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, including in technical and technology-driven sectors.
    • You will collaborate with others to create strong client relationships, expressed through client feedback and client retention.
    • You will be seen by a client as the lead voice, being a trusted advisor.
    • You will provide direction to the client team and set and manage measurements that positively affect our clients' goals.
    • As a lead, you will manage client commercial targets, contributing to the commercial success of clients in your portfolio, as evidenced by year-on-year growth, collaborating with your Lead.
    • You will follow client management best practices and achieve internal KPIs to lead the strongest client partnerships.
  • Creative Expertise & Leadership
    • You will bring specific experience in B2B social media marketing such as AI, machine learning, and the latest technologies.
    • You will be passionate about social media, creative excellence, and creating messaging that resonates in technical industries.
    • You will stay on top of the latest developments in social media and emerging technologies, promoting these areas and being a go-to person for Client Management for Creative & Experience in-region.
    • You will promote how Jellyfish products and solutions can support clients’ KPIs in the technology sector.
    • You will be a confident communicator with an interest in developing public speaking skills for presentations to partners and at industry events.
    • You will support our client team(s), ensuring they have the appropriate resources needed to meet client needs
    • You will also have a “hunter” mindset, driving creative organic growth alongside the regional Creative Director.


Qualifications

  • Experience working in advertising or fast-moving brand/marketing environments, specifically across social media.
  • You will have expertise in delivering high-profile campaigns and retainers in the world of social media and creative, including social content, video production, and the delivery of creative campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B social media marketing, with technical subject matter such as AI, machine learning, or the latest technologies.
  • Experience in how brands can use social media to engage audiences online, including in the technology sector.
  • An understanding of the following social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • Great at building relationships at all levels and inspiring confidence in the delivery of projects.
  • Compelling written and verbal skills to convey complex information simply.
  • Articulate, incisive, and able to build constructive and lasting colleague/client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to flex and pivot in a fast-paced industry.
  • Experience working in a creative agency.
  • Passionate about social media, technology, entertainment, and pop culture.
