Support Engineer- AI Powered CyberSecurity SaaS - $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + - Fully Remote

About the Role
A leading provider of workforce monitoring and insider risk management solutions-powered by advanced AI and behavioural analytics-is seeking aSenior Software Engineer to join the team focused on deep Windows OS internals. In this role, you will help design and develop the core functionality of a high-performance sensor agent that captures system-level activity across endpoints.

The role requires strong expertise in Windows kernel and user-mode development, and you'll work alongside a cross-platform engineering team contributing to a scalable, secure, and tamper-resistant solution that supports real-time telemetry and AI-driven insights.

What You'll Do

  • Technical tier 1 and tier 2 Support for Enterprise level clients in the US as well as globally.
  • Support client on technical support tickets both mid market as well as enterprise
  • On boarding and Implementation - there will be some implementation mostly for mid market clients
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams as well as external
  • Partner with internal teams to to resolve issues for clients
  • Managing multiple escalations, context-switch cleanly and proritize impact

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering roles, with a focus on application development.
  • Must come from a CyberSecurity SaaS background
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and/or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to identify technical pain points in both our solutions and our customers' implementations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication: concise, structured updates, strong listening, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer reports into precise, testable problem statements.
  • Due to certain security clearance requirements, you must be a US Citizen
  • Experience with scripting, API integration, or light development (JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar).
