Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.

Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

About the role

Own and ship high-impact experiments and features end-to-end - from hypothesis to production - that directly move activation, conversion, and revenue metrics. You'll design for measurable outcomes, not just output, and iterate quickly based on data.

Work full-stack across the Growth surface: activation flows and onboarding, self-serve and freemium infrastructure, pricing and packaging mechanics, PQL-to-enterprise funnels, viral and sharing loops.

Build and extend the team's experimentation platform. At Synthesia, Engineers are builders of the experimentation system, not just users of it - constructing A/B infrastructure, instrumentation, and metrics pipelines that power how the whole product grows.

Partner closely with product managers and data analysts to prioritize the highest-leverage work, make clear trade-offs between experimentation velocity and long-term scalability, and translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical solutions. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be expected to define what gets built, not just how.

Team you would be joining – Growth

The Growth team is dedicated to driving high NDR and sustainable revenue growth through self-service and freemium offerings, improving user experience, and optimizing conversion pathways while aligning with enterprise goals.

This team operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and data, shipping experiments rapidly and iterating based on measurable outcomes. You'll work on core surfaces that directly impact user journeys and business performance, in a PLG environment where engineering decisions have a direct and visible line to revenue.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in activation, conversion, monetization, or PLG systems - not growth marketing or CMS/content engineering

  • Experience building or significantly extending experimentation infrastructure - A/B systems across cached and non-cached pages, metrics pipelines, experiment orchestration - at the builder bar, not just the user bar

  • A habit of quantifying your own impact: you default to metrics (conversion %, activation rate, ARR lift, INP/TTI) when describing what you shipped

  • Strong product sense and ownership mindset - comfortable owning the problem definition, trade-offs, and technical approach, not just the implementation tickets

  • Experience with viral mechanics, sharing loops, or team-expansion features is a strong plus

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

AI Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

AI Jobs UK 2026: roles, salaries and the generative AI, machine learning and applied AI hiring trends shaping UK artificial intelligence careers. Artificial intelligence is creating jobs faster than the market can name them. New roles are appearing every quarter, existing titles are splitting into specialisms, and the technologies underpinning it all are evolving at a pace that makes even last year's job descriptions feel dated. For job seekers, this presents a genuinely unusual challenge. In most industries, career planning means understanding a relatively stable landscape and working out where you fit within it. In AI, the landscape itself is being redrawn in real time. The roles with the most hiring activity in 2028 may not yet have a widely agreed job title in 2026. That's not a reason to feel overwhelmed — it's a reason to get informed. The candidates who thrive in this market aren't necessarily those with the longest CVs or the most credentials. They're the ones who understand the direction of travel: which skills are gaining value, which technologies are driving employer decisions, and how the definition of an "AI job" is expanding well beyond the tech sector. This article breaks down what the UK AI jobs market is likely to look like over the next three years — covering emerging job titles, the technologies reshaping hiring, the skills employers are prioritising, and how to position yourself ahead of the curve rather than behind it.
