The Role

You will:

  • Lead day-to-day SEO delivery and content production across key digital channels.
  • Develop and optimise strategies for AI-driven search platforms, including AI search experiences and LLM-based discovery channels.
  • Monitor brand and content visibility within AI-generated responses and implement improvements based on performance insights.
  • Refine structured data, content formats, and on-page SEO signals to improve discoverability and citation potential.
  • Design, build, and maintain workflow automations to streamline content and SEO processes.
  • Identify manual processes and create scalable automated solutions using modern automation tools.
  • Use leading SEO platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support technical SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive organic growth and improve digital performance.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO best practice, content optimisation, and search performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven search, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), or a demonstrable passion for this area.
  • Hands-on experience building workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach and confidence working collaboratively across different teams.
  • Experience with scripting languages, affiliate marketing, or additional European language skills would be advantageous.
