Senior Full-Stack Engineer Introduction

Join a specialist platform operating at the heart of telecoms, compliance, and secure business messaging. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll take real ownership of a product that underpins trust, validation, and risk decisioning at scale.

Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning the platform end-to-end, from architecture through to delivery
  • Designing and building scalable backend services and APIs
  • Enhancing and maintaining modern frontend applications
  • Defining data models and implementing decisioning logic
  • Improving system performance, reliability, and observability
  • Driving automation across CI/CD, testing, and deployment workflows
  • Collaborating with leadership to shape technical direction and roadmap
  • Ensuring systems meet high standards for security, auditability, and compliance

Main Skills Needed:

  • Strong background in building and running production-grade systems
  • Solid backend engineering expertise and API design experience
  • Good understanding of relational databases and data modelling
  • Experience working in regulated or audit-heavy environments
  • Full stack capability across frontend, backend, and database layers
  • Knowledge of secure integrations, authentication, and access control
  • Familiarity with workflow-driven systems and decisioning logic
  • Ability to work across multiple technologies (e.g. Elixir, Node.js frameworks, React-based frontends, PostgreSQL, AWS)
  • Experience or interest in AI-assisted development and code validation
