Senior Finance Systems DeveloperPython / SQL / C#
Birmingham | Hybrid - 2 days in the office | £75K - £90K
I'm working with a growing organisation in Birmingham who are looking for a Senior Finance Systems Developer to join their team.
This is ahands-on senior technical role combining software development, systems integration and emerging AI/ML technologies, with the opportunity to lead and mentor two developers.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading development across bespoke finance applications and integrations
- Working across the fullSDLC, from design through to deployment
- Developing and maintainingREST API / JSON integrations
- Acting as the first technical escalation point for the support team
- Leading and mentoring two technical team members
- Developing into theMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / AL environment
Key technical skills:
- Python - ideally Flask
- SQL / T-SQL
- C# / .NET
- HTML / CSS
- REST APIs / JSON
- Strong SDLC experience
- Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience
Desirable: Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL, AI/LLM, Azure, Java, SQL Server/data warehousing or Tableau.
