I'm working with a rapidly growing SaaS business that's transforming the way global organisations understand and act on customer insight. Already profitable ahead of plan, the business is investing heavily in Product Design as it evolves from traditional analytics dashboards into intuitive, AI-driven experiences that allow users to interact with complex data in entirely new ways.

These aretwo brand-new Product Designer positions, offering the opportunity to work on some genuinely exciting product challenges. One role focuses on designingnew products and experiences as the platform expands into new markets, while the other centres onenhancing and evolving the core platform, including AI-powered functionality, data visualisation and next-generation user experiences.

The role

Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you'll design high-quality SaaS experiences from concept through to delivery. You'll create information architecture, user journeys, wireframes and polished Figma prototypes, helping transform complex customer problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.

Depending on the team you join, you'll either focus on launchingnew products and features or enhancing thecore platform, contributing to everything from AI-powered capabilities and data visualisation through to design systems and product usability.

About you

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years' Product Design experience within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong UX and information architecture capability.
  • Experience designing data-heavy platforms, dashboards or analytical products.
  • Excellent Figma skills and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity for solving complex customer problems.
