SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Birmingham who are looking for a Policy Administrator with strong excel skills to join the team
Up to £30,000

Main purpose of job:
To support the Policy team in the delivery of Policy and Public Affairs activity, and supporting with background administration and analysis.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Supporting the Head of Policy and surrounding team with administrative support
  • Supporting with the delivery of Policy-led campaigns activity, particularly in regards to innovation, Artificial Intelligence and digitalisation.
  • Create and maintain Excel templates for reporting, including use of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and other internal departments
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Supporting with the organisation of external meeting for Policy team
  • Maintain and update policy documents and databases with high levels of accuracy

    This role is brilliant for someone with an interest in policy to gain experience and insight from an experienced and supportive team
