The Opportunity

Luminance is the pioneer of Legal-Grade™ AI for enterprise. Backed by internationally renowned VCs and named in both the Forbes AI 50 list of ‘Most Promising Private AI Companies in the World' and Inc. 5000's ‘Fastest Growing Companies in America', Luminance is disrupting how professionals work with contracts around the globe.

Luminance has grown by 5x over the last 2 years, raised a $75m Series C funding round in 2025 and has rapidly expanded globally, with enterprise customers such as AMD, DHL and Koch Industries. We are looking for ambitious, high achievers ready to join us in taking our organisation to the next level. Luminance’s foundations were built on a very successful direct sales model, but in recent years indirect sales have grown. This is an opportunity to shape the future of go-to-market partnerships, a growing focus for the business, starting with channel partnerships as well as alliances, platform and ecosystem partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role of Partnerships Director is a quota-carrying role with the potential to drive huge impact in the next stage of our growth, including:

Development and Ongoing Management of the Partner Ecosystem:
Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating strategic partnerships, including channel partners, resellers and systems integrators. Enabling and managing these partner relationships and leveraging them to drive revenue through co-selling, lead generation, and joint initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to align on partnership goals, and ensure trusted relationships are established and nurtured. Building reporting on performance metrics to ensure strategic impact.

Strategy:
Defining, collaborating on and executing GTM partnership strategies, including identifying and assessing new partnership opportunities to drive growth as well as partner enablement and management.

This role is primarily office based in Luminance central London Head Office, with some flexibility for remote working as agreed with senior leadership.

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.
