• Job Title: Nursery Manager / Setting Leader
• Location: Hauxton, Cambridge, CB22
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time, All Year Round
• Salary: From £33,000 per annum

• Operational Management: Direct daily operations , handle administrative workflows accurately , and manage budgets, nursery targets, and KPIs.
• Team Development: Support, inspire, and mentor your early years team , while overseeing the induction of all new starters.
• Curriculum Excellence: Oversee the implementation of creative, play-based learning activities and ensure tracking of children's learning journeys.
• Safeguarding & Welfare: Prioritize a secure, nurturing environment by upholding strict safeguarding and child protection practices.

Skills: Exceptional time management , audit and inspection preparation skills , and a deep understanding of EYFS regulations.

Qualifications: Full and relevantEarly Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher.

Experience: Previous leadership experience in a nursery or pre-school setting.
