Your Company:
NET Recruit is proud to be partnering with a highly successful and innovative creative agency in their search for an experiencedCreative to join their growing team. Working with major B2B brands across technology, cyber security, finance, and insurance, this organisation specialises in creating impactful campaigns, content, and digital experiences that help complex businesses stand out in competitive markets.
With a strong reputation for producing award-winning creative work, the business is embracing the next generation of creative development by integrating AI into its creative processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who understands that AI is not a replacement for great ideas, but a powerful tool that can enhance creativity, accelerate development, and open up new possibilities.

Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Developing creative concepts across integrated campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and content.
  • Using AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate creative development, prototype concepts, and enhance final execution.
  • Working collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, designers, developers, and motion specialists from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Developing presentations, prototypes, campaign assets, and creative concepts that effectively communicate ideas to both clients and internal teams.
  • Translating complex business challenges into engaging, original, and commercially effective creative solutions.
  • Contributing to client pitches, new business opportunities, innovation projects, and agency-wide creative initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through confident communication, curiosity, and a strong understanding of their objectives.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging AI technologies, creative tools, and new approaches to content and campaign development.
  • Experimenting with new creative workflows and identifying ways technology can improve the creative process.
  • Sharing new ideas, tools, techniques, and discoveries with the wider creative team.
  • Maintaining high standards of visual quality, creative execution, and attention to detail across all work.
  • Contributing to the development of new approaches to creative thinking and helping shape how the agency works in the future.
What You Will Need to Apply:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have three or more years' experience working at a middleweight level within a creative agency or similar environment, together with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent creative thinking and execution.
You will need to have a genuine interest in how AI is changing the creative industry, together with practical experience using generative AI tools as part of your creative process. You should be curious about emerging technology and motivated to continually develop your knowledge of new tools and creative workflows.
Strong conceptual thinking will be essential. You will be someone who starts with the idea and understands how AI can help bring that idea to life, rather than relying on technology to replace creative thinking. You will have excellent visual judgement, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to develop work that is both original and commercially effective.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative software is required, together with the ability to refine and deliver polished creative work across different formats and channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are also important, as you will be required to confidently explain your ideas to colleagues and clients. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, challenging ideas constructively, and adapting your approach when required.
Experience working with B2B brands, complex products, technology, or technical subject matter would be advantageous. Additional experience with motion, animation, video generation, prompting, workflow automation, or emerging creative technologies would also be beneficial.
Most importantly, you will be a curious, collaborative, and forward-thinking creative who enjoys experimenting, learning, and finding new ways to solve problems.

What You Will Get in Return:
In return for your skills and experience, the company is offering a salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work within an ambitious and innovative creative environment.
You will have access to leading AI and creative tools and the opportunity to work alongside strategists, designers, developers, writers, and motion specialists who share a genuine passion for producing exceptional work.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how creativity develops within a modern agency environment. Rather than simply adding AI to existing processes, the business is exploring new ways of working and giving its creative team the freedom to experiment with emerging technologies and approaches.
You will have the opportunity to work with well-known B2B brands across a range of complex industries, developing campaigns and creative experiences that combine strong ideas, technology, human insight, and excellent execution.
If you are a creative professional who is excited by the possibilities of AI, passionate about great ideas, and looking for an opportunity to help shape the future of creative work, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
