Robert Half are support a client to recruit for an IT Support Engineer. As part of the IT Services Team, you will provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues across Microsoft 365 and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve IT issues efficiently
  • Support laptops, monitors, docks and meeting room equipment
  • Provide support for corporate iPhones and personal devices
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
  • Manage user accounts for new starters and leavers
  • Keep IT asset records up to date
  • Provide basic IT inductions for new users
  • Manage Teams, Exchange Online groups and distribution lists
  • Assist with IT equipment rollouts and office projects
  • Support users with Microsoft 365 and internal applications
  • Help maintain the helpdesk, automated processes and phishing awareness systems
  • Embrace new technologies, including automation and AI
About You

You will be organised, detail-focused and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable supporting users and keen to learn new technologies.

Experience Required
  • At least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience
  • Active Directory administration
  • Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support
  • Laptop hardware support
  • Ticket-based helpdesk systems
  • Video conferencing equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Desirable
  • Azure and Azure AD
  • Microsoft or CompTIA qualifications
  • iPhone and iOS support
  • Power Automate
  • Software testing
  • ITIL
