Are you graduating with a 2:1 or above in a STEM discipline and looking for more than a typical graduate role?

Our client is an award-winning technology company developing enterprise software used by organisations across the UK and internationally. They are seeking ambitious graduates who want to build a long-term career in Software Engineering, supported by structured training, mentoring and genuine career progression.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with real-world enterprise technologies while developing the technical skills needed to become a Software Engineer.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced engineers, you will:

Investigate and resolve technical issues across enterprise software platforms.

Analyse system performance and support technical troubleshooting.

Work with cloud-based applications and modern enterprise technologies.

Assist Software Engineers with analysis, testing and continuous improvement.

Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop practical software engineering skills through structured mentoring.

Technology Exposure

You'll gain experience across:

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Machine Learning (ML)

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

SaaS & Cloud Technologies

IoT & M2M Solutions

Unified Communications (UCaaS)

You'll also have exposure to technologies including:

Python | C# | .NET | Java | JavaScript | TypeScript | React | C++ | SQL

We're Looking For

2:1 or First Class degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or another STEM discipline.

Strong A Levels (A-C) or BTEC Distinction.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Genuine passion for technology and software development.

Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable

Experience with one or more programming languages.

Knowledge of SQL or databases.

Personal software projects, GitHub portfolio or coding experience.
