Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-Leaning)

Location: London / Hybrid – Office two+ days per week

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer who wants to take ownership in a fast-scaling startup.

About Clariti AI

Clariti AI is a B2B SaaS company providing price optimisation software to retail banks. We help banks make pricing decisions on products such as mortgages and savings. Our pricing software guides clients to pricing recommendations that generate significant additional revenue.

This is an exciting time to join the company, with a growing client base across the UK and Ireland. Following recent successes, Clariti AI has built a strong pipeline of new clients, with revenues expected to increase significantly over the next year. The company is bootstrapped and already highly profitable.

The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend skills to join as a key early hire, helping shape the next version of Clariti AI’s pricing intelligence platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and improving a modern, cloud-based B2B SaaS product. You’ll work across the stack, with particular emphasis on:

  • Frontend development
  • Dashboard-heavy user experiences
  • API integration
  • Backend services
  • Cloud deployment

Our current application is already live with clients. Users securely access dashboards, pricing outputs, optimisation tools, and portfolio analysis. Your role will involve maintaining and improving the existing application while contributing to the development of version two of the platform.

You’ll work closely with the data science team, who manage modelling and pricing analysis. Your focus will be building the frontend, backend services, APIs, and cloud workflows that transform analytical outputs into reliable, secure, and scalable client-facing software.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Maintaining and improving the existing client-facing web application
  • Designing and implementing new platform features including dashboards, reports, pricing frontiers, and scenario analysis tools
  • Building and integrating APIs and backend services
  • Improving application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability
  • Enhancing cloud deployment workflows, monitoring, and release processes
  • Contributing to frontend architecture, backend standards, and engineering best practices
  • Supporting product and architectural decisions as the company scales
  • Helping design and build version two of the Clariti AI platform
What We’re Looking ForEssential / Preferred Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional software or frontend engineering experience
  • Experience building secure, data-intensive web applications within financial services and/or pricing optimisation software
Additional Qualities
  • Strong product mindset with focus on usability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and clients
  • Self-starter who enjoys solving open-ended engineering problems in an early-stage environment
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience and impact
  • Profit share scheme with potential business ownership opportunities
  • Equity options in the event of acquisition
  • Flexible working hours and outcomes-focused culture
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere for up to two months annually
  • Opportunity to shape a live SaaS product used by real clients
  • Significant influence over engineering, architecture, frontend experience, and cloud delivery
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days with service
Additional Information

Applicants must have permanent right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Successful applicants should be willing to:

  • Work in the London office up to two days per week
  • Travel to client sites when required

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.
