Overview:
Working with a growing tech business to find a Data Engineer to own their data platform end to end. You'll be the person shaping how data moves through the business - from ingestion and pipelines through to warehousing and the infrastructure that powers data science and ML work.

This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative team, with real scope to set standards, influence architecture, and see your work used across the business from day one.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Building and owning data pipelines from ingestion through to serving
  • Designing data models and warehousing architecture
  • Supporting ML models into production alongside the data science team
  • Setting data quality, governance and compliance standards (GDPR)

Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years in data engineering
  • Strong database experience
  • Solid grasp of data science / ML concepts
  • Python preferred — but a strong project history matters more than ticking every language box

  • Hybrid role (1 day P/W on-site, Central London)
  • £95k-£110k + Benefits
