Data Engineer | 18-month FTC

We're looking for aData Engineer to play a key role in our technology transformation. As one of our first dedicated data engineering hires, you'll help build trusted, scalable data pipelines that power reporting, analytics, and future AI use cases.

£60,000

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain data pipelines integrating CRM, HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems
  • Transform raw data into clean, analytics-ready datasets for BI and AI
  • Work closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to design robust data models
  • Ensure data quality, performance, security, and GDPR compliance

What we're looking for

  • 5+ year's experience in data engineering or similar roles
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Familiarity with modern data tools (e.g. Data Factory, Databricks, dbt)
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and CI/CD practices
