THE ROLE

You will take ownership of building, improving, and maintaining data pipelines within a modern AWS-based data platform. Working closely with experienced data engineering and cloud architecture professionals, you will gain exposure to the full data lifecycle while developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing data ingestion pipelines from product and third-party sources into a modern cloud data platform.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising data pipelines and scheduled workloads.
  • Building and maintaining data models using dbt to support analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Supporting the development of AI-driven data products and semantic layers.
  • Creating trusted datasets and business-facing data assets to support company-wide decision making.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will bring strong capability in:

  • Python development.
  • Advanced SQL.
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Data modelling and warehousing fundamentals.
  • dbt or similar modern transformation frameworks
  • Experience with AWS data services.
  • Exposure to Kafka, Spark, streaming data, or modern BI tools.
  • Interest in AI, analytics engineering, and data products
THE BENEFITS

You will receive a salary ofup to £5,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
