AI Software Engineer - React, Python
London - Paddington | 3-4 days onsite | Contract | Inside IR35
We're looking forAI Software Engineers to join a large financial services organisation in London
You'll be joining a team building and taking AI solutions into production, working predominantly withPython, React and AWS.
The work will include building applications usingLLMs, developingRAG pipelines, working withAI agents/agentic workflows, and integrating AI capabilities with existing applications and data.
What we're looking for
• StrongPython development experience

•React / TypeScript experience

• Hands-on experience buildingGenerative AI / LLM applications

• Experience withRAG pipelines

• Understanding ofAI agents / agentic workflows

•AWS experience

• Experience taking applications into production

You'll need to be comfortable working closely with both technical and business teams, and able to take fairly open-ended problems and turn them into working solutions.
Financial services experience would be useful but isn't essential.
Location: Paddington, London
Hybrid: 3-4 days per week onsite
Contract: Inside IR35
