About Us

We are building a next-generation recruitment company powered by AI.

Our vision is simple:

Use artificial intelligence, automation, and modern outreach systems to change how recruitment is done — faster lead generation, smarter sourcing, scalable outreach, and a more efficient hiring process.

We are currently building a small, high-level core team of ambitious individuals who understand the AI space and want to help shape something with serious long-term potential.

This is not a traditional job.

This is an opportunity to build alongside us from the ground floor.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for tech-savvy individuals with a strong understanding of AI tools, automation, and modern technology trends.

You do NOT need years of experience.

We care more about:

* How well you understand AI and technology

* Your ability to learn quickly

* Your hunger, initiative, and seriousness

* Your willingness to build something long-term

Experience is welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities

* Use AI tools to help generate and qualify leads

* Assist with cold email systems and outreach automation

* Research companies, hiring trends, and decision-makers

* Help improve internal AI workflows and recruitment systems

* Contribute ideas on scaling operations using AI

* Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies

Ideal Candidate

* Strong interest in AI, startups, automation, or tech

* Understands tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn automation, or similar platforms

* Self-motivated and proactive

* Serious about building long-term

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

* Thinks independently and executes quickly

Important

This is currently an equity-based opportunity as we are in the startup phase.

We are specifically looking for serious individuals who want to be part of building something meaningful from the beginning — not people looking for a short-term role.

Limited spaces available.

We are intentionally keeping the team small and focused to build a strong foundation and culture.

If you believe AI will transform industries and want to help shape the future of recruitment with us, we’d like to hear from you

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.
