Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Burgess Hill - Hybrid (3 days/week)

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are hiring a Python Engineer to build next-generationautonomous AI agents for a major global financial services hub. You will move beyond basic chatbots to design multi-step reasoning workflows and enterprise-grade Python APIs that let AI interact directly with real-world software tools.

• Agentic Orchestration: Build stateful AI workflows using LangGraph orLangChain.
• API & Backend Engineering: Write robust Python backends enabling LLMs to executeFunction Calling and tool-use.
• Context & Memory: Optimize prompt engineering, context windows, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• StrongPython software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI).
• Proven background in API design, tool-calling, and LLM orchestration.
