Job Description:

Darktrace offers outstanding growth potential for your career along with uncapped commission in the emerging sector of cyber security, using artificial intelligence and machine learning. This is a full-cycle sales role and you will be responsible for hunting new logos, expanding market share, and maximising revenue growth in the Nordic region therefore fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is essential. This role requires a self-starter with strong sales acumen, capable of positioning Darktrace solutions to C-level executives and security professionals. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while also identifying upsell opportunities within your territory to maximize customer lifetime value.

This role is remote if based in Stockholm with access to a shared workspace or hybrid with minimum 3 days a week in the office if based in London or Copenhagen.

What will I be doing:

You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise-level accounts, encompassing the entire 360 sales process. This includes establishing and working with partners in your territory and presenting and demonstrating Darktrace's cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts. You will also attend marketing events and security conferences, and close the largest deals in the business with the support of a dedicated SDR team for lead generation. Collaborating with in-house technical experts, you will present and demonstrate our cutting-edge threat defense solutions to key stakeholders.

What experience do I need:

We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals with previous B2B sales experience to join our ever growing friendly and social team of Account Executives covering the Nordics Market. As an Account Executive you'll play a key role in driving the sales operation for the Nordic region.

You'll be currently selling at an enterprise level in a closing role and you are a confident, polished communicator capable of building strong and lasting working relationships. You are motivated by generous uncapped commission and thrive in a target-driven environment, you will also:

  • Be fluent Swedish or Norwegian (spoken and written)
  • Have an interest in cybersecurity and being tech-savvy,
  • Have experience in a high-growth business environment or start-up.
  • 2+ years of experience in a full‑cycle 360 sales role, owning the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Proven experience working in a partner‑led or channel sales model, including Resellers, MSSPs or distributors
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software is strongly preferred
