As an Emerging Enterprise Hunter (Digital Natives), you are an enterprise sales professional experienced in selling to Digital Native accounts across the UK and Ireland. You know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to Customers and Partners.

Always looking for new opportunities, you will close new accounts and expand them. Along with the chance to close exciting deals and solve meaningful problems, we also offer accelerators above 100% quota attainment.

You will report to the Emerging Enterprise Sales Senior Manager, UKI.

The impact you will have:

  • Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for new logo accounts
  • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
  • Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers

What we look for:

  • Understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems
  • Some exposure to the software industry and some basic concepts of selling SaaS, Data and Business Value
  • Basic understanding on how to research company information and identifying key stakeholders
  • Competent with prospecting research and ability to map out key stakeholders
  • Adept in selling to technical buyers
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC
  • Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
