As aVisual Designer (Strategic Sales Support)at Stats Perform, you will collaborate closely with our Design, Product, and Sales teams to conceptualize and execute design concepts that showcase Stats Perform's products, solutions, and services. Your work will ensure alignment with the branding and experiences of our key clients and prospects. 

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, involving some of the world’s largest technology companies, leading sportsbooks, digital media outlets, and more. 

Responsibilities:

Develop a variety of engaging solutions ensuring alignment with a client or prospect’s strategic initiatives  Collaborate with the sales team to understand the client’s main challenges and implement the appropriate Stats Perform data and products  Confidently and eloquently present thoughtful design concepts to key internal and external stakeholders  Continuously monitor and incorporate industry trends to ensure design solutions are innovative, fresh, relevant, and thoughtfully crafted  Apply Design Thinking methodology and UI/UX best practices to develop design concepts, ensuring user-centric, functional, and visually delightful outputs  Tailor design concepts to suit a diverse amount of industries, platforms, and devices  Create custom design concepts and templates that enable clients to visualize and implement their branding using our proprietary, data-driven graphics platform. 

Required Qualifications:

Professional experience in visual design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting  Expert level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software  Strong understanding of design and UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory  Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines  A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions across web, digital, broadcast, streaming, and mobile app 

Desired Qualifications:

A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches, while maintaining an immaculate level of attention to detail  Strong Problem-Solving Skills. The ability to identify design challenges and come up with effective solutions.  Experience with Branding and Visual Identity Design: Capability to create and maintain a cohesive brand image across various platforms.  Adaptability to New Design Trends and Technologies: Eagerness to learn and implement the latest design trends and tools.  Strong Conceptual and Visualization Skills: Ability to create visual representations of abstract ideas and concepts.
