User Researcher - £65,000 - London - Financial Services

We are seeking a User Researcher to join our award-winning fintech and data organization, which excels in delivering data-driven insights to financial services businesses and professionals. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, focusing on analysing customer data, generating actionable insights, and making recommendations that support our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in data analytics, customer behaviour analysis, and customer inquiries, along with a passion for utilizing data to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including teams in marketing, product development, and customer service.
• Design and conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and other research methods, both quantitative and qualitative, to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with UX, Product Design, and Data Science teams to develop and implement customer segmentation models and predictive analytics.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer insights, data analytics, or a similar role within a digital company.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and software.
• Strong grasp of customer behaviour analysis and market research technique
