The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Territory BusinessManager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosityand collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse peoplearound the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Achievingaccount-level sales and penetration objectives - Drivingutilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to theplanned product mix objectives - Developing and managing favourablerelationships with key decision makers (physicians, wound carenurses, nursing staff and others) - Improving wound care knowledgeand providing clinical training and education to customers -Identifying patients that benefit from Advanced Wound Therapy,including post-acute transition - Facilitating all steps for asuccessful post-acute transition process - Supporting clinicaltrials and product testing - Participating in customer events(congress, workshops, etc...), when required - Developing aterritory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities,penetration, and usage Your Skills and Expertise To set you up forsuccess in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at aminimum) the following qualifications: - Sales experience withinthe medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential- Proven sales experience is essential Additional qualificationsthat could help you succeed even further in this role include: -Enthusiastic and highly motivated - Caring personality andmotivated to improving the health and well-being of others - Verygood relationship building skills - Team player with stronginter-personal skills - Highly effective influencing skills -Excellent presentation and education skills, both oral and written- Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships whileprojecting a positive image of the company Role Location: NegativePressure Wound Therapy Ideal candidate location: Candidate mustlive on territory (as defined below) Sales Territories – NorthCentral London ICS including hospitals such as UCLH, Whittington,RNOH.
