Technical Support Engineer A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate or experienced support professional to work as a Technical Support Engineer joining a market-leading disruptive software technology firm in London. Offering excellent training, career progression, and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house. This is an ideal time to join this growing organisation and be guided by some of the brightest minds in this field. On a daily basis, you will be working as first response to customer issues, triaging problems, and liaising with the technical teams through to resolution. Location: Central London- 3 days in office / 2 days remote Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 healthcare, pension etc. Requirements for Technical Support Engineer: A minimum of a 2.1 bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM related discipline At least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please ensure A-Level grades are included on your CV). Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash beneficial Excellent customer-facing skills A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude Strong aptitude for picking up technologies Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English Responsibilities for Technical Support Engineer You will initially be fully trained on the machine learning platform to understand the intricacies of the product You will then act as the main point of contact and liaise with customers and internal teams (predominantly the tech team) Manage customer issues from initial report through to resolution Basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech team Give an excellent customer experience throughout the resolution process What this offers Working for an industry-leading software company who has a fantastic track record of successfully hiring and training graduates An exciting opportunity to support a cutting-edge machine learning platform A good remuneration and benefits package Applications If you have top academics and would like to apply, we would love to hear from you.
