About the Role

We are looking for a Graduate or Trainee Technical Specialist to join our Professional Services Technical team. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a smooth transition to Education Horizons products and can leverage their data through powerful insights and reports.

Key Skills and Experience

We're not looking for the finished article, we'll give you all the support and training you'll need, but we are looking for people with a background in computing and/or data science. If you've got any of the following skills, let's talk!

• Report Writing Tools:Experience with Stimulsoft, Crystal Reports, and/or Power BI is desirable, but not essential if you have a positive attitude!
• Database Skills:Foundational knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, including the ability to write queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Again, this is desirable, but not essential, we can offer training.
• Data Analysis and Visualisation:Strong data analysis skills and the ability to create visually appealing and informative reports.
• Coding Experience:Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: SSRS, XSLT, T-SQL, Python Scripting.
• Problem-Solving and Communication:Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
