We believe in nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients, and we are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter, who will be recruiting for the Big 5 Tech!
Role Overview:
You'll be joining our Contingent Talent team, who focus on providing exceptional contract resource to clients such as Meta, Google, Netflix, Amazon, Workday + 12 others. Roles covered include Software Engineer - all levels, Data Scientist - all levels, Data Engineer - all levels, Cloud technical, Technical Support, Business Analysts, Mobile Engineers, etc.
You will be responsible maintaining strong relationships with our existing big tech clients, ensuring that their recruitment needs are fully understood and met. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, gathering updates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. This role requires someone who is proactive, has a passion for recruitment and can manage their own diary – we do not micromanage here!
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring regular communication.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement for technical roles, advertising roles, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
• Briefing Calls & Updates: Lead detailed briefing calls with clients to capture their requirements for technical roles. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract top technical talent through various channels including job boards, headhunting, and networking.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment projects and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
• Database Management: Keep the client and candidate information updated in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and organized data.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Recruitment Experience: 1 year+ experience in technical recruitment (e.g., IT, engineering, software development, etc.).
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proactive: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio of clients.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical roles and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and candidates in this space.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve challenges that arise in the recruitment process.
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with using recruitment databases or CRM systems to track client and candidate interactions.
