The RoleWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Lead with hands-onexpertise in hardware and software deployments. Youll manageimplementations of AI-driven solutions at food productionfacilities across the UK and Europe, working with customers,technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.This role involves both remote work and regular visits to customersites for 2-3 days at a time, with occasional planned weekend work(no more than twice a month). Key Responsibilities - Gather scopeand requirements from customer sites. - Collaborate with customersto collect samples for AI model training. - Develop and managedetailed project plans. - Oversee relationships with localsuppliers and installation partners. - Act as the customer’s voiceto internal teams, ensuring alignment. - Coordinate diversestakeholders, including software teams, contractors, and on-site ITstaff. - Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smoothworkflow integration. - Maintain accountability for projectreporting, priority setting, and high-quality deliverables. KeyPerformance Indicators - Deliver AI platform rollouts on time,within budget, and with high customer satisf - action. - Customizesolutions for each facility, balancing customer needs withtechnical capabiablities.
