Data Scientist - (Product / Marketing)

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus

London - Hybrid/Remote - 1 day per month onsite


Join a dynamic team of Data Scientists working on high-impact, commercially driven AB testing and experimentation projects with a core focus on their customers in a telecoms company.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Join a strong team of 6, reporting into a Technical Project Leader
  • Manage a solid team of 3 Data Scientists
  • Focus on customer segmentation, audience targeting, propensity, AB testing and experimentation
  • Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings
  • Work closely with a Data Engineering team
  • Tech stack across Python, SQL, AB testing and Experimentation


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


Required

  • MSc or PhD
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Telecoms experience is preferred
  • Experience in customer segmentation/propensity/audience targeting is required
  • Any exposure to geospatial data is a bonus
  • Experience in a product environment is key
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders
  • Clear business impact and commercial value-added shown on CV
