You should apply if: ✍️

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Lead, hands-on engineering manager or similar leadership role in AI/ML, software development, or SaaS start-ups
• You have a keen interest the latest in Gen AI and LLMs, algorithms, and technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics)
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and experience with microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• You have hands-on experience with Python, React, Typescript, Kubernetes, Azure and OpenAI
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
