Within the customer care organization division of the OVHcloud Group, the Product Enablement team aims to deliver public events like technical trainings on our solutions to our customers, in order to accelerate the adoption of OVHcloud solutions by our customers.

The Product Enablement team is in charge of animating content in person or remotely to spread knowledge and technical expertise to our customers. Those activities contribute to the Group’s growth.

Your main responsibilities

Deliver and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products to our customers during public or private events : Tutorials, theoretical training with demo, Tech Labs, Webinars. Create technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning). Develop skills and knowledge in one or more areas in order to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions. Evangelist role with customers.

Skills required

Excellent oral communication. Proficient in the main pedagogical principles and animation techniques. Educational content designer. Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio products or their equivalent at a hyperscaler (cloud providers), particularly in the public cloud universe (Compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, Database as a service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and access management).
