As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with business leaders to identify target markets and high-potential candidates. You’ll act as a key relationship builder, engaging with industry leaders, and cultivating connections with top talent. Your efforts will directly impact our expansion into strategically important markets such as London, Bristol, Dubai, New York as we continue our international expansion.


You will be at the forefront of our global recruitment efforts, sourcing and securing top talent for permanent positions across diverse industries and markets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the globe service our core four brands of Boston Quantara, Eden Rose, Heat & a new London insurance brand.


Key Duties:


  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events. · Candidate and Market Identification: Collaborate with business leaders to identify target candidates and key markets within high-risk areas.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability and cultural fit for each individual business within the Group.
  • Event Hosting: Plan, organise, and host events and webinars to attract and engage industry-leading talent.
  • Proactive Outreach: Open doors and initiate conversations with potential candidates and industry experts to build trust and rapport.
  • Market Engagement: Employ a multi-channel approach to attack all markets, leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms to periodically connect with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with candidates to gain deeper insights into the wider market and trends.
  • Candidate Attraction: Develop creative strategies to attract top-tier talent and position BGI as employers of choice.
  • Touchpoint Strategy: Maintain regular touchpoints with candidates through periodic LinkedIn outreach, emails, and calls, ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Industry Insight: Build relationships to understand candidates' motivations, career goals, and market insights that can inform client strategies.
  • Pipeline Development: Create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs, keeping in mind succession planning and exponential growth opportunities.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment efforts with their business goals.
  • Negotiation & Placement: Facilitate offers and negotiations, ensuring successful placements and satisfaction on both ends.


Skills Required


  • Minimum of 3 years in permanent recruitment, preferably with experience in international.
  • A proven track record of successful talent sourcing within competitive markets & developing communities through proactive ‘out-of-the-box’ activity
  • Strong relationship building and networking abilities with key stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Proficient use in recruitment software, CRM systems and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Understanding of cultural difference and the abilities to navigate diverse work environments.
  • Ability to identify target markets, develop outreach plans, and execute them effectively.
  • Passionate about growth, and want to work in a rapidly growing group
