Roles & Responsibilities

• Review the curriculum plan from the client
• Partner with the client to agree the course design and fill in programme and course level documents
• Own storyboarding of the courses (reviewed by the client)
• Select and curate appropriate sources/content for each competency/lesson/learning objectives as needed
• Write instructional content as needed: case studies, concept guides, interactive scripts
• Writing formative assessments
• Review formative assessments items for accuracy, currency, and alignment to learning objectives and consistency with course instructional content
• Weekly to twice-weekly meeting with client project leaders and/or IDs
• Weekly check in meeting with LM SME manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Doctorate, or Masters in Business, Leadership, Management.
• Experience teaching leadership at university level preferably at MBA level.
• Relevant experience and qualifications on Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience writing instructional materials and online course development
