You will have the opportunity to: - Work on some of themost significant and complex sourcing challenges facing public andprivate sector organisations in the UK and internationally. -Provide a range of strategic advice from transformingorganisations’ sourcing teams, delivering complexmulti-billion-pound procurements, and advising clients on how toembrace technology to accelerate sourcing processes and harnessdata. - Support your clients to achieve their desired businessoutcomes by harnessing deep technical knowledge and applyinginnovative approaches to sourcing and procurement. Qualifications -Experience in strategic sourcing and/or procurement. For moresenior roles prior consulting experience is essential. - Strongdelivery experience from working on procurement/commercial andstrategic sourcing projects from buyer and/or supplierperspectives. - Expertise in navigating complex procurementprocesses within the Defence sector to deliver successful value formoney outcomes. - Evidence of leading and supporting changeinitiatives in multifaceted stakeholder environments. - Experiencein managing supplier service delivery arrangements or improvingsupplier and sourcing relationships. - A proven ability to thinkcreatively and commercially to solve complex procurement andsourcing challenges. - Excellent interpersonal and team workingskills that translate to exceptional stakeholder management. -Strong self-starter and growth mindset with excellent communicationskills. - CIPS, MCIPS, IACCM or equivalent sourcing qualificationsare preferable. - Prior consulting experience in a sourcing contextis preferable.
