The Role:We are seeking a creative and skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be at the forefront of developing advanced voice chatbot solutions that cater to a diverse range of industries. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experiences and shaping the future of conversational AI.

Responsibilities:

• AI development:Test, and deploy AI bots; collaborate with the ML team refining and optimizing bot functionalities; develop voice bots that enhance user interaction and experience.
• Dashboard Development: Maintaining our user-friendly, real-time dashboard for analytics and transcription data.
• Documentation and Maintenance: Provide comprehensive documentation and continuous maintenance post-deployment.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in AI chatbot development
• Strong programming skills in Python, or other relevant languages.
• Familiarity with NLP, machine learning, and AI frameworks.
