What You'll Be Doing?


  • Partnering with stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions.
  • Defining and refining UX specifications, balancing functionality with user expectations.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to support product development.
  • Advocating for user-centric design principles, driving a culture of UX excellence.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Evaluating and refining UX implementations to optimize usability and engagement.
  • Continuously improving UX processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with leadership.


Experience Required:


  • 5+ years of UX design experience, focusing onenterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments.
  • Strong UX research & facilitation skills, includinguser journey mapping & usability testing.
  • Advanced interaction & visual design skills, with expertise inwireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
  • A creative,user-focused approach, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
  • Deep understanding ofcurrent and emerging UX trends.
  • Strongcommunication & stakeholder engagementskills, able toadvocate for design decisionspersuasively.
  • Experience collaborating closely withdevelopers, with an awareness of technical considerations.
  • Relevant degree inUX, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or a related field.
