We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our London office and focus on the European Data Freelance Market. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top freelance data professionals within our current and new client organisations across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about technology recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, high performing, results-driven environment.

£35K/yr - £65K/yr On-site Full-time Mid-Senior level

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for freelance data professionals, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and maintain strong new business relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media, to identify and engage top freelance data talent across Europe. Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates on market conditions, project rates, and recruitment best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology recruitment, with a focus on the freelance data market. Strong knowledge of the European data market, including data analytics, data science, data engineering, and related technologies. Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing freelance data professionals across Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
