They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the team, focusing on Analytics and Reporting across the business. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving insights and decision-making through data-driven analytics and reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, touching every area within the business, helping to define product requirements, prioritize features, and shape the data-driven side of the team.


Who are you?

• 3-5 years experience in a Product Management role, ideally with a data analytics or platform focus

• Comfortable working with and speaking to data and analytics teams

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills are going to be key in this role and influencing

• Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and reporting methodologies.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams


Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements.

• Conduct workshops with business teams to gather requirements and understand the scope of new features

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business analytics teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

• Define and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of analytics products.

• Monitor product performance and user feedback, continuously iterating and improving based on insights and data-driven decisions.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and reporting tools, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

• Meeting with Hiring Manager: 30 minutes

• Panel interview with Senior Leadership team 45-60 minutes
