As aSenior Engineer, you will work within a squad to design, develop, and optimise software solutions, collaborating closely with theTechnical Leadand cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong full-stack development experience, particularly inReact, Node.js, and TypeScript. You will contribute to technical decision-making, improve software quality, and leverageAI-powered toolsto enhance productivity.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality applications usingReact, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Implementsecure codingpractices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Mentorjunior engineers, conduct peer code reviews, and drive best practices.
• Collaborate withProduct, Delivery, and Technical Leadsto refine requirements and execute solutions.
• Work withAWS cloud-native services(Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB) to develop efficient cloud-based applications.
• EnsureCI/CD best practices, contributing toGitLab pipelines, automation, and observability improvements.
• IntegrateAI-powered tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance development workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement inperformance, security, and maintainability.
• Supportcross-squad collaboration, ensuring architectural consistency and code reusability.
