Position Title: Senior Researcher / Chief Scientist (Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cutting-edge research and drive applications in AI, ML, Big Data Analytics, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Intelligent Systems Architecture.
  • Lead the application and execution of provincial research projects and promote the commercialization of technological achievements.
  • Build and lead a high-caliber R&D team, mentoring postdoctoral researchers and graduate students.
  • Collaborate with top domestic and international universities, research institutes, and industry-leading enterprises.
  • Publish high-impact research papers, file core technology patents, and present work at leading international conferences and journals.

Qualifications
Education & Background:

  • Ph.D. degree from a renowned overseas university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Big Data, or related fields.
  • Overseas postdoctoral experience or R&D work in research institutions or multinational companies.
  • Strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, AAAI, TPAMI, Nature, Science).

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, Go, etc.) with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  • In-depth understanding of core algorithms and engineering implementation in AI, ML, or Computer Vision.
  • Familiarity with large-scale computing platforms, distributed systems, cloud architectures, and related toolchains.
  • Proven experience in translating research into industrial applications.

Core Competencies:

  • Strategic and innovative thinking with the ability to lead original research initiatives.
  • International perspective and excellent communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and balance research with practical applications.
  • Strong passion for research and a commitment to achieving both academic breakthroughs and societal impact.
