About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Python Engineer to craft reliable, production-ready software for AI tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain our backend infrastructure, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.

  • Implement new featuresin collaboration with our engineering team.

  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practicesto ensure robust and reliable code.

  • Engage in Pair Programmingto enhance code quality and foster team collaboration.

  • Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesto streamline development and deployment processes.

  • Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement.

You have:

  • Aminimum of 5 years of experienceas a Python developer.

  • Strong experience inbuilding scalable and extensible data infrastructure.

  • Proficiency ininfrastructure containerization, DevOps & MLOps(preferably GCP or AWS).

  • Experience inbuilding and maintaining enterprise-grade APIs(e.g., with FastAPI).

  • Demonstrated experience withTDD, pair programming, and CI/CD practices.

Beyond the basics:

  • Familiarity withvoice technologieslike WebRTC and Twilio.

  • Knowledge ofAI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech To Text and Voice Synthesis models.

  • Experience inAI-related fieldslike low-latency audio stream processing or building applications with LLMs.

  • Familiarity withAI frameworkssuch as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.

  • Experience withlarge-scale distributed computing and cloud infrastructure.
