London (2 x days per week)

  • Highly successful AI scaleup.
  • Agentic systems development.
  • Impressive founding team.

I’m looking for two experienced ML Engineers to join an established AI scaleup in London.

You’ll have the chance to rub shoulders with a very impressive and technically brilliant AI team and play a pivotal role in building agentic frameworks and multi-agent systems.

We have two opportunities, both at the senior level. There is scope for one of the positions to move further towards a lead role in time.

The ideal profile will be someone who combines a strong academic background and ML theory along with a track record of building and deploying agentic systems in a commercial setting.

The business is in a solid position from both a revenue generation standpoint but also from a funding runway perspective. They will be announcing Series B later this year, and having operated in their space for several years, they have a strong foothold in the market.

Essentials:

  • Deep understanding of NLP and commercial experience in building and deploying LLM solutions.
  • This place has a high technical bar, so solid Python skills are a must.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks and familiarity with agentic systems – LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.
  • Commercial experience deploying LLM applications to production (this isn’t a research role).
  • Experience taking the lead on projects from a "tech lead" perspective (only relevant for one of the roles).
  • Bonus – any experience with knowledge graphs or graph databases like Neo4J.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of up to £110k.
  • Equity package.
  • Performance bonus.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Career path to Lead ML Engineer.
  • Enhanced parental leave.

With offices in central London, this company operates a hybrid working policy with two days a week required in the office.
