Description:
Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead development of a centralized enterprise platform for managing AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs). This role involves AI product strategy, developer platforms, and enterprise IT transformation, collaborating with multiple client teams building AI-driven solutions.
You will define and deliver shared platform capabilities (e.g., templates, agent lifecycle tooling, observability, governance frameworks) that enable safe and scalable deployment of AI agents across diverse technology landscapes. This highly collaborative role requires technical fluency, product leadership, and stakeholder alignment across varying levels of maturity and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the platform roadmap and strategy for enterprise-scale LLM-powered agent development and deployment.
Design core platform capabilities, including reference patterns, reusable components, testing, evaluation tooling, observability, governance, scalable workflows, deployment templates, and service hooks.
Bridge between centralized engineering and distributed business-unit teams with different tech stacks and priorities.
Develop a pragmatic approach to platform standardization and build early champions.
Identify use cases requiring tailored solutions and establish minimum standards and governance.
Prioritize and manage platform feature backlog based on client needs and evolving AI/ML best practices.
Improve developer experience via onboarding, documentation, and tooling to ensure successful adoption.
Ideal Experience:
5+ years in product management with focus on internal platforms, developer tooling, or AI/ML systems.
Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and LLM operations (LangChain, RAG, evaluation tooling).
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC governance, and enterprise cloud infrastructure.
Experience managing platform adoption across distributed teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in consulting or matrixed client organizations is a plus.
