A key part of this strategy is their website, which serves as a major touchpoint for prospective customers. Whether visitors are exploring on their own or engaging with the sales team, the website is critical in shaping the public perception of the product and brand. In this role, you’ll drive growth in web leads and ensure a deep understanding of website analytics, working closely with the Senior Product Manager for the overall web experience.


What will you be doing?


  • Set the vision for how the website can deliver key business outcomes
  • Own the roadmap for your team, working alongside design, engineering, and data science teams to prioritize the most impactful projects
  • Collaborate with the Web leader to build out the overall web strategy
  • Understand and frame key problems, then develop and test hypotheses to solve them through experiments
  • Oversee website analytics, ensuring robust tracking and reporting on key metrics
  • Manage website change requests from legal, product marketing, and marketing teams
  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams for top-notch delivery
  • Motivate a talented team to do the best work of their careers


What skills do you need?


  • 5+ years of experience as a growth-focused Product Manager, with a strong track record of driving KPIs through experimentation
  • A structured, logical thinker and communicator who can bring clarity to complex problems and drive shared understanding
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders across teams and offices
  • Able to switch seamlessly between creative, analytical, and execution-focused tasks
  • Confident in making decisions without consensus and helping others reach alignment through persuasive communication
  • Highly organized, with a talent for bringing clarity and structure to complex spaces
  • Experience working with both qualitative research and quantitative data to inform decision-making
